1How many apartments in total are there?
There are 74 luxury residences comprising of two, three and four bedroom options.
2Is there an on-site manager?
The Renaissance at Shorelands has an on-site manager Mr. Kevin Hartnett.
3Is there secure parking?
Allocated and covered secure parking is available, as well as lift access to this level. Entry is gained via a security coded swipe card or remote.
4Are there storage facilities available on the premises?
Every residence has a private and locked unit located in the garage on the ground level.
5What are the security systems for the building and residences?
The Renaissance at Shorelands features gated living with 24-hour on site security including CCTV surveillance. Integrated touch screen interface with security is provided.
6What are the pool and gym hours?
The pool and gym are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
7Are there additional facilities in the complex?
Available at the Renaissance are the Spa & Fitness centre with state of the art equipment including sauna and private treatment rooms, the grand social room equipped with pool table, bar, seating and the latest entertainment systems, business centre and conference room as well as the boardwalk with view of the sea.
8Are pets allowed?
The Renaissance at Shorelands will grant an owner the right to have a small pet at its discretion.
9What is the purchasing procedure?
Each apartment is owned by a special purpose company. Buyers will be buying the shares of the special purpose company that owns the apartment. The procedure would be to sign a share sale agreement for the agreed price and pay a 10% deposit. The balance will be due 90 days thereafter.
10Is the property freehold or leasehold?
The property is leasehold with over 925 years left on the lease.
11Is there visitor or disabled parking?
Yes there is adequate visitor and disabled parking.
12What does the maintenance fee include?
There are three applicable fees.
1. Monthly service charge which covers all maintenance aspects of the premises, including landscaping, common area janitorial, elevator maintenance, common area equipment, common area utilities, pool maintenance, gym maintenance, security, concierge, spa maintenance, etc.
2. An annual building reserve fee which is for any capital repairs/improvements to the premises.
3. Annual insurance fee which is equal to each owner's proportionate share of common area insurance cost.
